	History of G&G

G&G Wine and Cheese tasting is a small non-profit organization first put together by Dan Gondek in 1997 at Siena College. Norm Kvam of Siena provided the wine and cheese, and gave everyone in attendance a brief lecture on wine and cheese. After a year hiatus, Chris Glockler joined as co-host for an exciting and inspirational year in Springfield, MA. G&G joined forces again for the third wine tasting, hosted by Chris Glockler in Clifton Park, NY. The third event marked the emergence of G&G as popular hosts of wine tastings and the beginning of our wine parties as an annual event. We were able to share the joys of wine and cheese with 15 people, but word has gotten out and G&G are here to stay with 27 at the fourth annual and 30+ at our first contracted event!
